Larry Rach

Chairman

Since starting in the industry in 1989 as an intern, progrtessing to Sales Director and then starting his own business in 2004. Larry has rapidly built a multi-million pound IT hardware, services and infrastructure company which was, 2 years in a row, HP's fastest growing partner. Now in their 13th year, Twin Technology, the company he started in 2004 with his brother and a close friend, has a solid global client base and continues to grow year on year. Larry oversees our development as we push to grow our business and improve our processes.
Larry has a keen interest in overseeing business improvement strategies and plays a key role in a number of companies as well as his own. He's worked hard to support minority businesses and takes an active role in the community. He holds a number of board positions, is a School Governor and lives in Hertfordshire with his wife and three children
Larry has a wealth of experience in leadership, management, finance and business process as well as a strong and established portfolio of investments in small businesses and property. He's hugely knowledgeable about his specialist sector, IT, and is a prolific business networker.
Tom Sewell

Tom Sewell

Managing Director

Tom is an entrepreneurial Sales & Marketing professional with extensive consumer goods experience in food, beverages, tobacco, health & beauty, & IT. Having worked in EMEA, SE Asia, and the Americas regions he has a wealth of management experience.
Building enduring relationships by ensuring the best strategic advice or consultancy is provided to our clients, Tom is focussed on the Cyber team delivering exceptional service. Outside of work, anything with two wheels is where the interest is!
Tom has a diverse range of skills developed through General Management, International Brands Marketing, Sales, Management Consulting, and Project Management with Nestle, Diageo, Coca-Cola, Rothmans/BAT.

Rob Gordon

Operations Director

Rob is a former BT technical support expert, initially specialising in setting up intranet services within the business. He now helps manage all development and software creation for Cyber, working alongside other Portcullis companies to support our software and technology based clients.
Rob is also the creator of two well known tech websites in the industry, which have provided news and product reviews for major brands such as O2, Vodafone, Google, House of Marley, Turtle Beach and more.

Dominic Compagnone

Commercial Director

Dominic's career in Sales and Marketing has seen him working for some of the largest medical device manufacturers in the world and also running a business development consultancy for 8 years. He now manages all commercial activity for Cyber which includes being on the lookout for new opportunities in new markets
Dominic has a particular interest in the application of technology to the operational function of healthcare organisations for efficiency improvement, something he's spent several years involved in. Out of work he's a keen photographer, occasional cyclist and found a new hobby in drone flying!

Natalie joined us in April 2016 with 18 years’ experience in Account Management from a global logistics company. She's a seasoned professional when it comes to dealing with a broad range of customers in multiple sectors and of varying size
Natalie maintains an interest in logistics ad supply chain particularly in SMEs where lack of understanding of options exists. As a mother of 2 girls her spare time is pretty busy and the dog just adds to it!
